Hydrate hydrate hydrate

The only people who need to drink more water than dancers are pregnant ladies.
Or maybe it’s the other way around.
But water gets real boring real fast, right? Especially that third time I’m refilling my dang bottle each day, so whadayado?
Put a tea bag in your bottle, fill it up, the tea will kinda cold-brew itself all day, making the water slightly more fun.
Peppermint tea works really well, so does ginger, the Adult Beginner is multitasking these days by using this hippy pregnant lady tea. Tastes a little bit like straw, but hey, nothing wrong with straw.
Keep refilling that bottle!

    Ugh, raspberry leaf tea is revolting. I drank in my first pregnancy, but didn’t bother for my second. Coz I’m a slack-arse. ;)

    You need to find a peach ginger tea or a berry mix tea that smells like sherbet or a citrus tea. the raspberry leaf tea is disgusting i agree with nadine.

    My favorite water additive is lemonade – just enough to taste the lemon. It really makes a difference when it’s hot and you need to drink a lot.
