Twelve Drummers Drumming

Ok so Mr. Adult Beginner got me this fancy new stylus and fancy new drawing app.
And now I need to learn them up!
So 12 days of Christmas is gonna be my learning project.
I like counting songs.
So far learned: need to watch out for the little Memory icon, or else the app will quit unexpectedly and the drawing will be lost and I will Fly Into A Rage!!!!!

PS, did you know that the twelve days of Christmas isn’t a count down to Christmas day? It’s actually a count down to that day in January when someone brings a King Cake to work and everyone takes the tiniest piece possible in order to avoid the tiny plastic baby that is baked somewhere inside? And then somebody gets the baby and everyone yells Ooooh! You got the baby!!! You have to bring treats!!!!

PPS, speaking of drums, I just spent about twenty minutes watching clips of taiko drummers on YouTube. AWESOME. Awe-SOME.

    Very nice! :)

if you liked Japanese drumming I recommend you DaDaDa Dan Tenko. I saw them live two years ago, it was spectacular!

Hey nice picture. What app did you use to draw with? I love my graphic tablet

I love the the colours especially the pink. It is a very lively picture and I can hear the drums sounding. With the ballerinas on pointe, I can imagine what kind of music the drums make. Good work!

I am so not ready for king cake season yet. Because when you get the baby you have to buy the next king cake. Most offices do them, most school classrooms, family gatherings… And I’m still working on these christmas cookies.

Lovely drawing though. Lords-a-leaping should be good.
