Instructions:
Step 1: Glue sneakers to board
Step 2: Insert foot in sneaker and tie laces tight
Step 3: Have strong friend help you insert other foot in other sneaker and tie laces tight
Step 4: Remain still for approximately one hour (try to relax)
Step 5: Repeat daily for six weeks to achieve your perfect fifth!
(results may vary, always consult a qualified medical practitioner before undertaking this or any other fitness regime, if you experience prolonged giddiness or jelly legs stop program immediately, during trials some dancers lost the ability to stand in parallel altogether, designed to be used in conjunction with proper ballet class and other less ridiculous stretching methods)
