    Hey, why not? It can’t hurt, and might help…and a multivitamin was recommended by my doctor at my last physical as a good idea for very active people :) Just the B vitamins and the extra calcium are worth it. Heal quickly!

    I started breaking out in my late 30s and bought a $35 a month Murad vitamin that “cleared skin.” It worked, but I learned that a multi-vitamin had the same stuff and cast a third as much!

    Arnica really rocks for injuries like sprains. My dad used to use the gel for his arthritis.
