    Is that one of those gel manicures that seem to be the Next Big Thing? I tried one last month & am looking forward to getting another one.

      Apparently yes!
      The Adult Beginner lives under a rock and had never heard of such a thing until my sister called and said, ‘look bitch, I bought you a manicure, get your ass in the car right now and go get your nails did.’
      Hee hee!
      It’s pretty rad, I’d have chipped the hell out of a regular manicure by now, but this is still looking all shiny and pretty.

    How appropriate the name is, very black can shiny. It brings to mind the Dance Festival held in Blackpool in North West England. It’s referenced in the Japanese Film “Shall We Dance?” from 1996. It’s an awesome movie about Ballroom Dancing. It even inspired an American Remake in 2004. I highly recommend watching the original Japanese version if you have not seen it.
